Re: Host a Pop-up Silent Fine Art Auction Fundraiser in Your Venue and Together Let’s Raise Funds for The Wildfire Relief Effort!
We continue to be inspired by the heroic and courageous efforts by the first responders, firefighters, neighbors and friends helping those impacted by the Sonoma and Napa County wildfires.
It has been a difficult time for all of us. In the past week, we have been assisting art collectors in the region who have lost their homes and art collections, and need us to retrieve their appraisal documentation. In the coming days as we anxiously anticipate reports of 100% fire containment, and hope to resume our regular art programs in the region. We realize it will take time for us and our partners to get back to the regular level of business.
Our partnerships in Sonoma and Napa County date back over 15 years. Over that time, though we have grown to reach an international audience, we have never compromised on our commitment to servicing the wine country region. We are dedicated to our partners- the tourism and hospitality sector, local charities, foundations and Napa Valley Museum.
Host a Pop-up Silent Art Auction fundraising
From October 20 – December 31st Salon D’ Art will be offering to wineries and resorts throughout Sonoma and Napa County a special museum quality exhibition. The exhibit will feature a Pop-up Silent Art Auction fundraising campaign to benefit those affected by the wildfires. Participating wineries and resorts will be able to host this traveling exhibit for no-charge.
All Costs Associated with Installing and Conducting the Pop-Up Art Exhibition Will Be Waived
100% of our service fees to conduct the exhibition and Pop-up Silent Art Auctions will be waived. We invite local businesses in the tourism industry to host the exhibition in their venue in Sonoma and Napa County. Salon D’ Art will donate 20% of the proceeds from the silent art auctions to the disaster relief efforts. All participants will receive a tax deduction in the names for the portion donated to the charity.
For every business that partners with us in Napa County we will donate funds to support the Napa Valley Disaster Relief fund. For every business that partners with us in Sonoma County we will donate funds to the rebuilding and recovery efforts supported by the Sonoma Resilience Fund, focusing on medium to long term relief.

What We Offer:
- 10-15 curated artworks from our museum collection
- Art expert for each exhibit, answering questions and accepting silent bids
- Up to 4hrs of exhibiting

- Individual museum style descriptive placards for each artwork

- 20% of gross proceeds donated
- Shipping/Delivery for each artwork coordinated by our client services staff
- Certificates of Authenticity and Appraisals for each artwork
We leverage our art collection, using our fundraising model to do a series of exhibitions, donating a portion of the proceeds to the benefactor of your choice, all while bringing beauty to your space and raising money for the community to rebuild. Through this distinctive fundraising technique, donors are rewarded as well. Each purchaser in a live or silent auction receives an official Certificate of Authenticity for the purchased work, an appraisal of its market value, and a letter for their 20% tax deductible donation. Collectors and patrons have found that Fine Art is a smart investment.
About Us
With a collection of artwork spanning over 400 years, Salon D’ Art has something for every taste. Prices generally range from $300-$15,000, and up. Our collection includes Modern Masters, Old Masters, Fine French Drawings, Indian Miniature Drawings, Japanese Woodblocks, Islamic Calligraphy, Vintage Photography, and Contemporary Art and represents works by such names as Chagall, Kandinsky, Lautrec, Matisse, Picasso, Rembrandt and Renoir.
