Auction Rules

The following details are the rules which apply during Silent Auction:

One bid per client per piece.
Client cannot raise or lower the bid during the course of the Silent Auction.
All bids are reserved with a major credit card.
The major credit card is authorized upon receipt of the bid; however, it is not run until the client is determined as the winning bid.
Identification will be asked to be shown, unless a known club member, or repeat client, etc.
We ship anywhere in the world.
If an artwork is purchased by paying the listed gallery price, then that artwork shall be immediately removed from the Silent Auction.
All bids are final and cannot be withdrawn, rescinded or canceled.
Auction times are announced at the hotel by the Greeter.
